The Daniel Pitino Shelter has partnered with the Green River District Health Department to host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for homeless individuals and homeless service providers including staff and volunteers. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the Vaccine Sign Up Form or send the following information to [email protected] for each individual signing up:

Please have this information to us by 3/26/2021. A date or dates will then be coordinated and advertised by 3/29/2021 to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. The vaccine utilized will be determined by availability of supplies.
